2025 Texas Crab Festival Vendor Application

Welcome to the 40th Annual Texas Crab Festival
Friday, May 9 – 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Saturday, May 10 – 10:00 am to 11:30 pm
Sunday, May 11 – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

VENDOR CLASSIFICATION

FOOD: Vendors selling food items prepared on-site. It’s all about CRABS…you may want to include a crab dish in your menu.
CRAFT: Vendors selling non-food items or food items prepared and packaged off-site (jellies, sauces, etc.).
COMMERCIAL: Exhibitors promoting their business, handing out flyers, etc., but not selling merchandise. This is referred to as “Business Row”

LIABILITY INSURANCE is required for all vendors. Please provide a copy of proof of liability insurance showing Texas Crab Festival Charities additional insured for the dates of the festival, including set-up and tear-down days. If you wish to purchase a policy for this event, we can provide agent information.

A HEALTH PERMIT WITH THE COUNTY OF GALVESTON IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FOOD VENDORS. Galveston County Health District Information is available online (GCHD.org) or contact GCHD at 409-938-7221, or PO Box 939, La Marque, TX 77568. The Galveston Health Department will have someone at the Festival to check all food establishments for Galveston Health Department Permits.

Spaces fill up quickly. Please return your application as soon as possible. After review of this application, an invoice will be emailed to the address given. Payment by check or credit card. Space will not be confirmed until booth fee received. Confirmation will be emailed.
